We at Shri CAS planned a small break for IB 12 from their academic rigour in November. The Wellness module was organized in three different CAS periods, and each session was for 35 minutes.
Our very own Shri educator and yoga instructor Mr. Amit guided simple yoga asanas and helped learners to know the relaxing methods while still sitting on their chairs.
The workshop aimed to teach basic methods to rejuvenate the mind and body without stepping out of the home. The feedback from the participants was overwhelming as they could try new techniques that will help them through their exam seasons.
