Amidst a rigorous IB orientation week for the new batch, a much-needed yoga session for our students was organized. As we continue to champion our roles as online learners and teachers, the asanaas and relaxation techniques provided a great toolkit of simply doable tips within the comfort of our homes.
The IBDP learners found the session very enriching and have enabled them to focus on their health – as they proceed in the term whether as online or face to face learners.
