As part of their CAS project, the students of IB11 at the Moulsari campus embarked on a visit to the Bagia school, which is run by the Sanshil Foundation. The purpose of their visit was to engage in community service and provide support to underprivileged children. During the two-day visit, the students enthusiastically painted the walls of the school with colourful and lively alphabets, planets, snakes and ladders. They transformed the once dull and uninspiring boundary wall into an inviting and vibrant learning environment.
The impact of their efforts was immediate and evident, as the school now has a more engaging and stimulating atmosphere. The project not only beautified the school, but also provided an opportunity for our students to interact and engage with the children of Bagia school. They spent time playing games, chatting, and sharing gifts and food boxes with the children.
Through this experience, the students learned the value of compassion, empathy, and teamwork, and will carry these important life skills with them into the future.
