Four sessions of Yoga and Meditation were part of the Shri Health & Wellness Module. Carved out specifically for the IB 11 students, to help them rejuvenate their minds and bodies, this module aimed at refreshing their approach towards mundane routines and adding movement to their days in order to make them holistically healthy.
Children were motivated to make these exercises a part of their daily routines so that they focus better during their online education. The proactive participation by students and teachers was a testament of the module’s productivity.
The meticulously planned sessions were beautifully executed by our Shri Yoga Instructor Mr Amit Mudgal and added to the strand of Activity of CAS
