With a focus on holistic development, the students of IB11 engaged in an invigorating one-hour activity session that left them feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The session was thoughtfully designed to include circuit training, Zumba, and yoga, catering to the students’ physical and mental well-being.
Under the guidance of experienced trainers, the students participated with enthusiasm, unleashing their energy and unleashing their potential. Despite the challenge, the students persevered and pushed themselves, discovering new levels of strength and resilience within.
As the session came to a close, the students couldn’t help but express their gratitude for the opportunity to engage in such an enjoyable and fulfilling activity. Not only did they feel physically revitalized, but the yoga portion of the session allowed them to tap into a sense of calm and tranquility, creating a balance between body and mind.
